General Brava 1.2sx Problems

Hi everyone, ive had my brava now for about 5 months and ive got a problem, it has been mis-firing for about 2 months and its really starting to bug me now, it had new plugs and oil change etc when i had it serviced 5 months ago. i recently got back from holiday and the battery was flat so i guessed it had reset the ECU and allowed it to idle for 10 mins beofre driving away and it felt wierd in a good way but it was still mis-firing, any suggestions why.

High tension cable? Exhaust system clogged? Air leak at intake system? Intermittent electrical connection at TP sensor or lambda sensor? Adjust deflection of throttle body cable?

Hi, sory if im bein thick but whats a coil pack and how much would this cost me to have fixed?
