Just been on www.fiat.com and looked at the model range so I clicked on it and had a look through and they are still marketing them to buy brand new as the base model or Active derivative in France, Holland, Poland, Italy and Greece.
:hm: We know! Well, I think most of us know. I think this is about the only country where they stopped doing them. It's a shame, I'm sure they could've still made money on them.
Sorry! I was under the impression that the plant where the Seis were made is being used for Pandas now.
They have stopped in Germany and Spain too. I guess in countries like here and Germany where their market share is small relative to the other countries it was sold in where it is still selling now, they wanted to make the transition between the Sei and the Panda smooth as possible rather than overlapping to maintain market share.
Maybe they as just getting rid of the surplus in those countries now. I know that all Seicentos that came in to here were successfully took off Fiats hands quite rapidly but maybe this hasn't been the case whee they are still being sold.
