Just an up date, the vibration under braking on my HGT is far worse when turning corners ( i know it's not good practice braking hard around corners), is this consistant with it being warped discs?

Who is this guy writing this? Does he really know what he's talking about? Surely it is possible to warp a brake disc?

if the disk are cast iron then they will not warp. same stuff as old engine blocks, you tighten the head down in the wrong order you crack the block. cast iron has great compressive strength but little torsional strength. As for the brake vibration strip down the callipers clean off the slider and any moving parts and a health coating of copper grease should cure it and on the back of the pad not in the cylinder, well help removal next time. check the disks are screw on tight as well
hope it help
