Technical Brake pads

Im trying to find suitable brakepads for my Punto 75SX (1996).

All i can find costs about 30£ which seems a bit expensive, is that really the normal price? Is the pads normally sold for both sides or for just one wheel?

pads come in 4's 2 for each side. its dangerous to only do one side, i paid £12 for my last set i have the big disks aswell. the pads for the smaller disks were more money for some reason.
