Hi, my bulb needs to be replaced but when I take the tail light assembly out, i cant figure out how to replace the brake light bulb. Please help.

FIat Spider 124 - 1800 series

I don't believe you have to remove the tail light assembly. There are a couple of nuts, usually long twist-on types, that hold the lenses onto the assembly. Remove those from the backside and pull lenses off to expose light sockets. I just replaced my lights on my '78 124 and noticed that there are different types of bulbs for brake, back-up and turn signal. Look at the bulb end where there are two tabs. If they are off-set they are 1157. If they are equal then 1156.
