Technical Bottom of spark plugs covered in oil

My mum's MPI Seicento developed a problem yesterday of misfiring

Today I have pulled the spark plugs and 1 & 4 have the lower ends covered in oil

The engine light is also on / flashing

Is this down to a seal within the head?

If so which one?

I'll take the cam cover off tomorrow and hoping I can get to the part which needs replacing

I'm imagining there might be a gasket seal dividing the spark plug side from the oily side?

Youve confused me there..

Oily plugs..

Oily on the sparking- gap end.. inside cylinder

Oily at ceramic to steel joint.. around the hexagon : outside of engine??

I have replaced the coils and it's now running fine

The engine light is staying on but it's otherwise running well
