Boot locks on a fiat uno (94)

Hello ... bought a '94 Fiat Uno yesterday.

There doesn't seem to be a lock for the boot, can someone let me know how
you unlock and lock the boot?

depending what model you have, there may be a lever by the drivers seat to open the boot. you should definatly have a lock on the boot though (unless its been delocked in which case ask the previous owner how to open it)

I take it your boot is the same as mine if its a 94 Uno.

The boot lock is just above the number plate, once u turn the key, press the square button.

Found out that there is no boot lock! It looks like it has been removed.

Can someone also let me know whether it is easy to fit a new lock?

Also the catch that secures the sunroof doesn't work properly ... is it easy to
replace?
