Hello,

I own a Stilo 1.9JTD (85kW - 115HP), recently it has lack of power. I've connected FiatECUScan, and noticed that boost pressure and desired boost pressure is very different (see picture attached). I cannot find anywhere what boost pressure should normaly be. So is it normal, or my turbo is faulty? Could it be that boost pressure solenoid is faulty?

P.S: Sorry for my poor English :)

if that figure is actual boost, it works out about 20psi which must be around normal good level of boost if not higher than expected for a 115bhp.
if its map pressure its quite low take off atmospheric = 5 psi
has it got any problems?split hoses, boost leaks, stuck egr?

On the 3 cars I've checked "Boost" against "Desired Boost" - boost has always been slightly higher than desired boost so IMO you have a problem. Faulty boost solenoid, cracked hose, faulty MAP sensor etc.

What the boost presure should be varies according to throttle possition etc.
