...for front nearside grinding,whilst turning (on occassions).

When i rang up to booked it in, i advised them to check the Front top strut mounts & bearings (as i decided this probably would be the most common fault). If it (most unlikely) turns out this isnt the problem, is their anything else i should advise them to check, which could cause the grinding noise? feel free to add (y)
 
Update - they diagnosed a problem with the "swinging arm" which they said needed replacing, as something had hit it underneath, causing damage.....£274 pounds i reluctantly paid. They also said that was the cause of the grinding noise.

A week or so later the steering feels alot better than before, but the grinding noise has returned.

Gonna call up tomorow to book it back in, but i do feel a bit robbbed as the problem still persist.

Advice welcome.
