T thompsop07 New member Joined Jul 26, 2009 Messages 10 Points 4 Aug 10, 2009 #2 you don't strictly need to, theres a thick metal wire that leads from the bonnet to that handle, pulling on this wire flips the bonnet, so as long as that wire is intact you can still open the bonnet, just have to pull quite firmly on the wire.
