Body Kit Problems

Hi all,

I cleaned my car this morning and to my horror all the lacquer has started flaking off rear nearside bumper. It looks like water has got in underneath join where existing bumper joins body kit. Does anybody know anyone in northamptonshire area who can do this at a reasonable price, I am tottally gutted
