That film uses variable bit rate encoding I think, sometimes perfect, other times pixalated like mad. Watched hostage - cheers Evo, a few nice little "filmettes" - currently downloading Ticker. (At 700kb/s - I love having nearly a 10Mbit line!)

this is well old, very funny still. I have the complete collecition somewhere!

BTW loads of manufacturers are producing these films because they don't have to apply advertising standards to them.

EDIT: I think this was on the last series of Top Gear in its original format! (Hmmm why do I know that?)
