Technical Bluetooth..passsword?

I bought a new Panda Emotion with multitasking steering wheel... when I try to connect my Nokia with the Bluetooth:

1. there speaks a women in italien..sounds nice but I definetly don´t know what she`s saying...I speak German. so it would be nice if i could to set this to german somehow?

2. when i search in my Nokia for available bluetooth member...my phone can see the "car", but can´t connect..and thats where the nice italien women comes back

I would appreciate as much help as possible...
