General Blue and Me

Not sure if this has been covered in any other threads, My Blue and Me has worked fine in the past but now my Voice recognition wont work??Its still makes calls ok ,but the person i call carnt hear me ???.

Any Ideas most welcome.

Can the system be reset or does that have to be a dealership job ???

Possibly a faulty microphone, you can do a radio default settings reset by scrolling through the menu and selecting restore defaults, this is used to reset volume settings so it may help, if not try selecting voice menu and select help then see if blue can hear your voice by checking if it follows instructions.
