General blower motor

hi any1 know where abouts the heater blower motor is as im assuming that has the resistor on it that helps the with the speed setting 1 2 3 4 can some1 tell me how to get to the blower motor or the resisters for the speed settings plz in need of help as I cant find no where to tell me

in the drivers foot well above and to the front of the pollen filter hatch. theres 3 screws that hold it in the 3rd is seriously dificult to get to...

hi it just not working on number 1 2 or 3 works fine on number 4 so im assuming the resistor I need is on the blower I not sure as there is not much to find online bout this

there are resistor packs on eBay

as far as i know its not available from Fiat but i could be wrong... swaping one of thes out is WAY easier than removing the fan unit as previous post suggests.

i am assuming you have manual fans and not Climate Control.

that's the bit im tryin to locate lol I know how to do a repair on it just cant find where it is located

remove the center console side panel and look up here


this is where it is


you need to remove the electrical plug and phillips head screw


pull it out put the new one in screw it in (not too tight), reconnect the multiplug and put the side panel back on...

Mine went a year ago so I whipped it out and got it repaired for a few quid at a local auto electricians.
