Technical Bleeding the hydraulic roof system/replacement fluid

Hi,I'm new owner Punto cabrio ELX.
Unfortunately without hydraulic roof system.
Recently I bougth pump, pipes and pistons and will assembly it.
I think that the system is ventiled, one piston start moving faster then second (longer pipes).
I want to replace fluid and bleeding system. How to do it?
What is the spec of this liquid?

I already downloaded those materials, very useful.
Unfortunately, there is only information about topping up the oil , not replacement and bleeding.
There is a type "TUTELA LHM" but I cannot find it.
Try to find different between LHM and LHM+ oil.
