Technical bleeding brakes

anyone know the bleed sequence,for a punto 55, i was driving a new car recently ,and realised just how bad mine are,i have new discs and pads ,shoes so a jolly good bleeding may be the answer thanks

right front

thanks dave ,i will do this,then i can fill the hole in the front footwell,where my foot went through,i was wearing out to many right shoes
