try the fk automotive website. And put ur knee against lower bumper and pull as hard as U can. It will come free eventually. Its nerve shattering but I've done it countless times to my current and previous gp's with no damage

I went on the FK website (very cheap) but the grill looks to be upside down ?? Can i just turn around (blonde moment) sorry! And thank you for advise on pulling the grill
did U manage to remove grille? Hmm, there are only two grilles to choose from, the lower and upper. Choose the larger of the two on website. im on my phone or else I would just send U the link, sorry.
infact I think the upper grille only comes in chrome, but it only needs sanded down and sprayed gloss black.

The lower series 1 models used to come with black upper grilles, they show up on ebay regularly
Otherwise paint or plastidip yours. Id be interested what it looks like as your car is nearly identical to mine and ive thought about doing the upper grille in black
