A complete set of these seems to be about £200. Has anyone fitted them to a Seicento Sporting and if so are they a big improvement over the standard jobbies.

Thanks

I use the Monroe gas units before getting the coil overs.

The 'gas' in gas dampers replaces the air above the oil and gives better performance when they get hot.

the inert gas cannot mix with the oil like the air can.

A minor hijack, as i don't think i should open another topic for it:
(used the search, didn't get the answer :) )

Has anyone tried using Kayaba (KYB) shock absorbers on a sei? I've heard nothing but good words about them, but would love to hear some first hand experience too.

I got KYB since Sept. A bit stiff, although I'm not sure what part of that is due to the lower/harder springs and which because of shocks (replaced at the same time).

As for Bilsteins - which ones? B4,6,8.... is there a cento 8? :p
