Technical Big favour to ask at Skegness.

My exhaust frontpipe needs replacing and I'm hopefully getting the part in time for the weekend but I have neither the muscles nor the proper equipment to loosen all the bolts . I have the manual, jack, stands etc and am prepared to do much of the work myself but mgiht need some pointers. Are there any volunteers who could assist for a short while in return for beer/ goodwill or other pressie please?

Can't be having you under a car anyway, you're due to provide entertainment in the swimming pool I hear . I have had one offer of assistance via PM from a very nice Pete, but hoping someone with Bravo/a experience can be on hand as well for any more specific questions and also don't want to be taking up too much of anyones time as I know we are there to have fun!

Damn, now I'm confused. The bit I need is the section containing the flexible section. Is this the frontpipe or not? I was told it was but it's so hard to tell from the manual, now I'm not sure if I need the more expensive part and I don't want to waste more money getting the wrong bit. Help please!

Yip - its the fron section before the cat.

You will prob find that both sections cost around £180 each :s

Now I'm confused. So it is the more expensive part and not the frontpipe as I was told? Part 311496 on here: http://www.buypartsby.co.uk/exhausts_details.php?recordID=611 ? Because I really can't afford that right now so might have to look for advice on patching it up

We've got a place here that specialise in cheap zorsts, not rubbish quality either. If someone can identify the part, I'll ring up for a price. Last time I used them, they saved me £65.

Yes I have 1.2. The part I need is the one including the flexible exhaust section. I am terribly confused as to what it's called now
