Since getting my car remapped I am running out of brakes on a regular occasion, so what would you guys reccomend as a good brake upgrade for my JTD?

Cheers

Stick with original if your car is still in warranty, and use the brake pedal less, i.e. to cain it when you don't need to!

If its not in warranty, then i'm sure there will be plenty of good suggestions. But don't go EBC greenstuff pad or the like, in short trips they won't heat up properly and feel horible, better sticking with blackstuff 'cos they have a better feel. This is just a general comment, not sure whats available for Stilo exactly.

I have EBC greenstuff and have no problem from cold, they certainly have a little more stopping power than the OM pads when required and they are cheap @£45. Give it a go, if I doesn't do it for you then go for something like drilled/grooved discs and matching pads, they can make a big difference.
