Have you had your battery/alternator checked out? Are they charging/holding charge ok?

Does it happen whilst driving? I'll assume it is...Once your car is running the alternator plays a very large part in powering your cars electrics. In fact, you can actually disconnect your battery once your engine is running. But don't do it, as it is dangerous. [:0] It might not be as simple as replacing your battery.

Um hes got a 899cc cinq, it does that even on my 1108cc Sei.

Being as the batterys on Cinqs/Sei's are just about AA size this unfortunetley happens when the tunes are turned up.
I don't know about a bigger battery as theres not alot of room, but you could go for a split charging system and have another bigger battery in the boot, with the two batterys it should help if not cure it.

Yeah a power cap should be your first option.
You'll need 1 Farad per 500watts of amp power.
If your still having problems then its time to try using an uprated battery and alternator.

Si.
