Which UK area are you looking for?

Apart from the 500 hatch, and Battery to Chassis earth cable on many models, they are relatively robust..

My cars have only had issues from 1990 and 2002 models with wiring..

Last few have been fantastic

Just had the exact same fault. Almost broken wire, with a lot of corrotion at almost same location as mentioned. Jesus that nearly killed my patience trying to figure that one out.
I will attache some pictures just for reference if anyone in the future should have the same issue.
