Barvo ECU help

Alright all. Ive got a 2000 model 1.8HLX 115 with the ecu that is bolted to the back of the engine. I have lost all keys and now need to swap the ecu, transponder the works basically. I was gonna use an ecu etc from another 1.8HLX but I noticed that on the older models it bolts on under dash somewhere.

Is it a different ECU or will it still fit?

You need one key so that they can cutr three keys for you?

If you don't have one then your gonna need to replace all locks and ignition.

NO, they say they can cut a key from the boot lock if you have no keys at all.
