just wait for it not to sell, then email him and arrange a viewing then as its in bad condition (just pull it to bits when your viewing it, saying alot of welding needs to be done, if it doesnt start say that your buying it not guaranteed engine even works etc etc etc, and offer him 200 cash. i bet hel take it
