Hi .I have a 2013 fiat panda 169 ,1200 easy .
I am having problems starting it .Ihave replaced the crank sensor and the coolant sensor but still have the problem.
I have checked the fuel pressure sensor and this seems to be working .
If I remove the air filter and block the throttle body up it fires straight away and when I remove the blockage it runs sweet .
I have a code po171 lean bank 1 but don't know what to replace next
Any help would be appreciated ,I hardly use the car it's a 2013 with 18000 miles it's like new

For intake leaks, a good dousing in brake cleaner will usually pinpoint where the leak is, you’ll generally notice a slight rise in engine speed as it sucks in the brake cleaner.

Hi all . No air leaks .I replaced the fuel control valve to no effect .has the 2013 panda got a fuel filter or is it combined in the fuel pump as I have no fuel pressure on the fuel rail . Rang all the parts shops no listing for a filter

Maybe its the rail sensor at fault..?

I dont see many reports of pump issues.

Jumped timing belt is more common than that

Can you measure fuel delivery.. ?
into a bowl..or can??
Thanks I'll measure fuel delivery tomorrow. And sse if I can find the rail delivery sensor . The cars only done 18000 .the last 4 years about 150 a year it's just a spare car

Just a thought... how old is the petrol?
I resurrected a 169 that had stood for about 18 months a while ago. Gummy ex-petrol deposits in all sorts of places. Once cleared out and fresh petrol added it was fine.
Apart from the siezed calipers, d-shaped tyres and fungus in the boot (but that's a whole different story!)
