is there something going on with the Avatars?

im trying to out a new one on, and its says its far too big, 24.2 kb to be presice, yet Photoshop says its 9.41k, and just judging from what it looks like, and how low res ive had to make it, id say its the forum thats going wrong

anyone else had problems?

probably the same reason were not allowed a slightly bigger sig so i can have my old funny ads back!

ie. just to be annoying!
