Technical Audio question conc. Stilo

A maybe silly question. Polish tranlation of manual for standard audio for my Stilo 1.6 states that audio has a function called TPM (Track Program Memory), which allows me to program tracks of CD, and even name CD(s) (up to 10). Its activated when CD is in and by pressing "Menu RDS" button. Simple. But does not work. I do not know why. Or maybe it is activated only if one have CD Chaner installed? The manual does not say anything? Help me please.

You don't need a CD changer for that; simply press (and hold maybe?) the button and you get the entry "screen", where you can choose names...

Mine works...
