Technical Attaching a tacho to cinq 899cc

Hiya, i have just bought a tachometer (rev counter)
Was jsut wondering if anyone could tell me how hard this is to attach and how to actually do this?

If it'll do 2 cylinder cars, you're fine - if it doesn't then it's mighty tricky.

Its a four cylinder tacho, ive spoken to someone who has done it before, they say it works but it only measures half the revs.
Just wondering how i would attach the cable to the ignition or engine coil

This should answer your question. For a sei, it may be easier getting a sei sporting tacho and using that.
