General ASR Confused

Hi, i'm a little confused here.
When I press the ASR button "ASR OFF" shows on display and the light on the button goes on. So when is ASR actually ON?
I can "smoke" my tyres if the light on button is OFF, but than the display says ON:bang:

ASR is on when the light is off - the light comes ON to "WARN" you that it is OFF....

Sorry that's off topic, but do you know where I can find a description of the fuses, as I don't have the owner manual - there are only number at the fuse plate

That one is F45/46 those two are listed in my book and the fuse box is under the dash for those

Now I can get back to my cuppa and chocy bickies
