ok so my cars interia is all striped down to fit my new interia but my coupe front runners under the seats wont come off can anyone explain how to take them off??
they are screwed on behind the fabric and the sponge but how do i get to them on the bottom of the runner there is a plain cover that looks like a metal cap but it wont budge i dont understand!!
now i dont have a good camera but they say a picture says a 1000 words so this may help??

oh well ill have top then!! unless anyone else can think of a etter less destructive way??
