Hi..
Have been reading up and down here, didnt find anything..so am gonna ask.. The ARB is mounted onto the wishbone(got 2 new ones) via the ARB rubber thingys(outside, near the wheel-got them as well..).
Would it be posible, to "lift" the ARB(moving it up, making it stiffer(i think)) using..some kind of washer or nut..?under the rubber thingy..(on both sides..) im thinking in the range of 0,5-1,5 CM.. If yes(i have to take a better look at this stuf..) What would i gain?? Less body roll??Or would it be a disaster waiting to happen??

Im not that good in phisics..can someone help me a bit:)
What do you think??Worth a try..?

Greatings

Altering the height of the ends will not make a difference to the stiffness. The stiffness is torsional and comes from each end trying to twist different ways.

Hi Marko

If you want to make the spring rate stiffer it is replace the springs, if you want to make it stiffer in roll (at the front) you use a larger section anti roll bar.

Unless you are building a track or hill climb car all too difficult...

I think this is in agreement with the two previous posts
