Technical Anyone recommend a good Marea Workshop Manual?

Hi,
I have a Marea 1.6 16V with possibly 16 bent valves after cam belt tensioner pulley died.
Have to play around with the cylinder head and stuff and need a good workshop manual to work from.
I have seen many workshop manuals on eBay, Haynes, etc, I dunno which one is best. Any one got any recommendations?

haynes manuals have always been my bibles despite all the people who dislike them (a bad worker blames his tools).

Haynes is worth the cash as is a good reference for most things, and always worth reading 2 ways to do something. Try and get it second hand of feabay or new for £12ish from eBay, £19ish at Halfords but some motorfactors will have it in stock for cheaper.
