It says in the auction that it has new Trims, but where have the alloys gone?

I know the car, have seen it sat outside a dealer/garage for months. Worrying really, it had alloys the last time I saw it?

The 3/4 panel is a different shade, the light cluster is wrong - no badge there either. odd.
