anyone know about beetles?

keep finding black beetles running about, in doors, i dunno if they good or bad did a google fount this

i cant tell diffrence, how do i know if the ones i got are eating me food or eating pests

you will have ground beetles dave, you never really see the domestic ones in a house in the uk.

when i was a kid my breakfast cereal used to have domestic beetles in, the trick was to pour milk on, then they float to the surface so you can remove them, or in my dad's case eat them.

problem with toast is they use a lot of sugar in the bread dough, and sweet toast is just wrong.

cool what are they eating in doors though they seem to just run around in a circle all night long

they hunt at night, then when day breaks they find hiding places (such as in your door).

get half a dozen on them in a jar with a big slug and watch what happens :devil:

One of those green tiger beetles somehow made its way into one of my socks few weeks back (must have been after drying on the garden line). It somehow survived in the sock that was put on, along with trainers and walked about a bit. Made the discovery after taking sock off after thinking it was a stone or something in there :yuck:.

i get tons of black beetles, but its my fault, i have crickets as food for my other pets
