I'm not getting 404's, but I'm getting quite long load times just now - up to 3 minutes just to load the front page sometimes

Me too 
Every now and then it seems to get stuck when trying to update a page and then times out. Give it a few seconds and a refresh and it seems ok again. It's only the forum as all other websites are working fine.
