Hi, Would anybody oh here with a Bravo JTD fancy doing a swop/deal with a 1998 Rover 200 Vi (143BHP Standard) leather interior, MGZR Spoiler, M3 Mirrors, JanSpeed Stainless Exhaust, Strut Brace, Piper X Induction, Momo Steering Wheel, Chipped to 152BHP. 0-60 in 7.2 Seconds? And 37MPG!

More miles for job forces extra economy.

so why would someone with a better car swop it for a worse car?

also all the people who have jts'd have got them because they are concerned about economy so why would they want an un-economical car? (and dont say because its faster because remaped jtd's hall ass!)

just my opinion but someone might be stupid enough to swop!

p.s a remaped jtd woulld kill ur rover then spit dirty black soot over it as it heads off in to the sun as i said ur asking people to downgrade!

I would say that the unreliability and shoddy build quality are on a par though, to be fair.

rr have you driven a rover 200 they make a bravo feel like a merc!! lol

jtd's are mk2 as well so build q is a lot better than the older bravos.

Sorry to disappoint but my rover would **** all over any bravo. 7.5 secs 0-60 standard, mines about 7.2 secs i had a 1.8 HLX before and what a slow heap that was its a shame as they look ok but the performance is crap even on the HGT, plus the value of each car is very simlar (sod all)

If i still have it yes no probs, i'll get mine ported and polished and re-seated to make it fair though eh? k-series engines are good for 225BHP +

at the end of the day its a rover and one of two things will happen in the race, possibly both tho.

1. it will fall apart before it gets to the end

or

2. the headgasket will go half way dwon the 0-60strip your engine will blow and everyone will be pissed off because its chucked oil all over the track!!!
