Any Dualogic Expert out there?

I am in Ashford, Kent and need to know if there are Dualogic experts in the south-east. I have had my actuator checked by a Fiat dealer when I was in Spain and he could find no fault. He checked all the fluid levels and reset the actuators. It made no difference as the gearbox clashes when down changing from 4th to 3rd - it's a bit like a mis-timed gearchange in a manual. The car only has 27000 miles on it and this started happening at about 15,000 miles! I would assume the clutch must be OK on such a low mileage so what else could it be? I will happily travel to someone in the south-east as long as I know that they know what they are doing and can fix it at reasonable cost. If it needs major work then I will just have to live with it.

Bleed the clutch hydraulics in case its not opening fully, but after that as you said it needs an expert. Try posting in the relevant model section (Panda Punto etc).
