General ***Antifreeze-Urgent***

Just got the car back from the garage and they've filled the antifreeze to the brim. Is this OK what they've done here??

no as it needs to have room to expand.when cold it shouldnt be higher than the max.undo the expansion tank hose and drain some

well its right to the top past the max!!

just undo the lower hose and drain a bit,let it cool a bit and release the cap slowly to let the pressure out

is this the bit under the front bumper. I know for sure this is not easy as it's so tight. What about the tube that comes out of the wing area??

under the tank where you fill it up you can loosen that hose off.

Just open the bleed nipples and drain it from there.

easy to get to, easy to undo...

one behind the drivers headlight. one behind the TB

Reason I ask cos the expansion tank would be fairly easy to drain given the rommy access you have.

There's a clip there. I can just undo that?? and put a new one back on??

do you mean a jubilee clip on the expansion tank?if so yes

yes, do I need a new one if so how much or can I re-use the old one?

a quid or two.if its the screw type then you can easily re-use it
