General Anti roll bar clamp 57 scudo

Hi guys, was changing the wishbones on my scudo van. Managed to get one side done ok, but on the other side, as I was undoing the part that clamps the antiroll bar and bushes to the sub-frame, the captive nuts on the top of the clamp broke out and started spinning. Cant for the life of me get anything in there to steady them so I can undo the bolt. Anyone else had any trouble with this this? Thanks!
