seen as its the weekend and the wheathers going to be great I'm going to cure the rattling anti roll bar bushes by replacing them 2 questions 1: how easy are they I'm changing the downlinks too 2: do you grease them as ive seen on youtube them using grease if so which red rubber grease or standard lithium bearing grease?

cheers

If it's the droplinks you are replacing then no need for any grease.if it's the anti roll bar bushes that are clamped to the subframe then a little copper grease on the inside I don't think will hurt.the job itself is quite easy to do.if you have 2 jacks then you will be fine

Copper grease is fine in arb bushes as said above... but... if they are front ones and more load dependant... use some LM2 grease and it will be fine... give your nuts and bolts a spray of plus gas / degreaser and emery tape the threads etc with some used emery tape then coat them in a nice film of copper grease... remember to re-torque after a week or so.
