Another Opportunity for Fiat Service To Rip me Off

It nearly happened again folks....

Had a bit of a nightmare with my windscreen wipers last week due to snow and ice buggering them up.

Booked in with Fiat Research Garage on Monday...left it to see if they could fix it...they rang me back and quoted :

£110.00 for New Wiper Motor
£70.00 Labour for 1 hour.

Told them to sod off and that I would go somewhere else.

Went to the guy who does my services etc and he looked at it and said it was a simple thing and that it didnt need a new motor...ended up getting charged £40.

WERE FIAT TAKING THE **** OR WOT??????

Everyone should avoid Fiat for things like this. Find a good trustworthy local mechanic and start sending him Christmas cards.
