Technical Another Knocking sound

This time its when i change gear.

If i accelerate hard in 1st and there is a lil bit of wheel spin, there is a nasty knocking sound from the front of the car.

I don't know if it could be an engine mount or my newly fitted janspeed de-cat section bashing the antiroll bar??

Any suggestions?

Probably both, dodgy mount letting the engine move enough to crack the exhaust off the floor.
