Another alarm sensor thread

I bought and had a Toad C3 alarm fitted the other day. Everything works but i cant set the 2 stage shock sensor off at all. Some people have said that it works off short bashes, but thaat doesnt work either. Does any one know how to make it more sensitive or a way of testing it as i only got a basic leaflet on what the light means...? Or should i just phone the guy back?

What is this shock sensor?? I didnt even know the alarm had it

It sets the alarm of in 2 stages (meant to) so it beeps when someone touches it and goes off if the bash it hard or it continues to move.
