Technical Annoying Rattle from somewhere!

My Punto Evo Sporting has sadly developed this really annoying rattle whenever it hits a large bump or pothole on the road.... It sounds like its coming from above my head somewhere but I can't really be sure, has anyone had any sort of problem like this?

Managed to narrow it down to the passenger seat, doesn't rattle when someone is sitting on it, anyone have any idea's on the fault, can hear it rattle if you hit the back of the seat....?

Hmm, Thats a hard one. Not sure what can rattle on the seat. Better going to dealers with it if under warranty. If it were mine, I'd remove the seat and have a look.
