Never seen one of these, i'm on firefox..
Had two so far this week - last one just now; it's a CD that comes rolling in from the left, saying 'Take Our Survey'
Had neither in Safari
Why don't you just activate the pop-up blocker???

RU sure???Now THAT"S weird!!!I've got it active in the firefox and I really get NO POPS AT ALL..neither here nor at other sites!!Does it ever give you a message saying:''pop-up blocked , click here to see it'' or sth like that?It should if it's active..
Popup blocker won't block that. Looks like an AJAX window.

I'd thank you but I can't.The blocker works for me , or at least there is the coincidence of having the blocker active and not seing these adds so I thought that this was to blame.What's an AJAX window??Never heard of it..I suppose it has nothing to do with the football team

I am constantly getting messages saying pop up blocked but the ads on here got under the radar. :bang:

well i get similar pop-ups on other websites to these with my browser but never on this site. Seems wierd that people are getting the same ones though
never had problems with them adverts but i occasionally get adverts that appaer infront of things so when I open quick links the advert blocks out half the options as it is infront of the quick links box.
same type of thing that happens on facebook when them annoying adverts in bottom right cover up the chat box.:bang:

use ie here at 6th form and ff at home. i recieve neither ad :?
