That's only because I fitted it myself(& stop calling me Benny! )
I just chose to fit it into the original inlet pipe! I'm going to relocate the whole thing at some point in the not too distant future.

I didn't ask him either, I think mine was placed just above the nearside wheel arch...although Bennyboys is attached somewhere else.

Nice - Nige did suggest that maybe in the future, it could be moved to the front, make a hole in the front skirt, and mesh it over :chin:
