My 1.6 Does not have the Hole - After removing the glovebox (what a job that is) I found there was Something (dont know what) fitted there ... Back to the drawing board.

Im not sure about other holes but mines a 1.4 dont know if it was limited to certain models or not

Maybe it will help someone else - I think im going to have to take the car to an Ice Specialist and have it done.

i got mine through the main grommet in the car, will post pics, but its takes some balls to do it.......

The standard head unit doesn't have Phono sockets, how do you wire up the amp with phono leads?

You don't, You have to split the rear chanels from the headunit to the high pass imputs on your amp.

on AC models there is not little flap, mine aint air con so i was ok, but that little flap tuns out to be a big pover that pops off and lets noise in so best it to drill as small of a hole as you need in it then upt wires through then put sealer over it and put it back in, no engine noise then
