hi i was wonderin if any 1 here can help?
i brought a 2 channel splx 1000 watt amp all plugged up and workin. it works the sub fine for bout 3 mins then all of sudden the amp is still on but not puttin enough power to the sub to make it work properly.
turn all the power off wait a few mins and try it agen and it does exactly the same
please can someone help

Need to set gain properly sounds like the amp is clipping. You need to find the knob that says Input sensitivity and turn it untill there is no distortion that should fix it.
