Technical Alternator

I have a 2012 Fiat 500 I replaced alternator and ECM and the charging system still only puts about 11.5 volts to the battery

Welcome, how old is the battery? Check/replace the earth strap from the engine to the body, ideally use a analogue meter to read the voltage?

I charged the battery 2 nights ago, out of the car, and is still holding a full charge. My problem didn't happen over any period of time or did any warning lights go off until the battery was to weak to run the car.
